Clinical Director

As the clinical director you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our patients as well as help lead our team into the next stage of our growth. As an organizational leader you will work closely with the owner in implementing new programs (including diagnostic, health/wellness, and advanced clinical services), monitor and respond to key performance indicators of the organization and ensure we achieve our goals through successful management of the day-to-day operations.

As a leader, you will have a variety of ways to learn and grow, including taking the Process Communication Model® (PCM®) test. This model describes how people interact with each other and emphasizes the importance of understanding the needs and perspectives of others so that you can communicate effectively. You will also be regularly be engaged in reading books, listening to podcasts and attending lectures focused on becoming an exceptional leader.
